MICROTOP: Rich Cementitious Finish

Microtop is a polymer and Portland cement-based topping for resurfacing concrete floor & wall. Applied over interior and exterior concrete subfloors, Microtop provides a level, and smooth surface ideal for retail, commercial, light manufacturing and other areas requiring a hard, smooth, flat concrete finish. Microtop is coated with Realcrete - approved sealer, such as Aquathane or Clearseal just 8 hours after installation, unless an epoxy or other floor covering will be used.

Microtop is designed for fully bonded, thin-sectioned layers of up to 1/16" per coat. Microtop suitable for both interior and exterior renovations, including hotels, casinos, restaurants, food service areas in malls and retail shops, as well as residential applications. Microtop is available in two grades:

RG (Regular Grade): Microtop RG dries to a semi-rough texture, ideal for pool decks and other exterior applications where slip resistance is a concern. It can be applied in multiple layers.

SG (Smooth Grade): If a smoother look is desired, the final layer can be applied using SG, Smooth Grade.Microtop SG.

Microtop is mixed on-site for easy application and is available in a white or standard gray mix,creating a workable slurry when combined with water.

Once when topping has cured, it can be colored or stained with Realcrete Staincrete systems, Overlaycrete, or Realcrete Freestyle, In addition, the topping should be sealed with a Clearseal Sealer.
