Dock yards normally have high voltage cable control rooms. To ensure operator safety, all floors should be coated with high-performance electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks. At present, dock yard control floor is coated with Electrogard ELI-3300, which has breakdown voltage rating of more than 40 KV.
