Thane, cementitious flooring was constructed using additives Fibrecon Mono and Floorhard FerroStrong. The flooring further required additional properties, including chemical and solvent resistant, along with good abrasion resistance. To ensure operator safety, all floors should be coated with high-performance electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks. There was a need for an innovative, classic and rustic floor design. Microtop was choosen to give uniqueness to the floor. The floor was designed to resemble a carpet, using a combination of Stencil and Staincrete.
